Mfence Pallet Fence
A round steel pipe pallet fence holds its shape under side impact and stacking load, protecting automotive parts from crush where corrugated boxes collapse and wooden crates shed splinters.
Where corrugated boxes and wooden crates fall short on the line side
Automotive interior lines move a lot of parts that must stay clean and unscratched: trim, clips, electronic modules, soft-touch panels. The usual line-side fix is a corrugated box taped to a pallet, or a wooden crate. Neither survives the real world of line-side parts feeding. A corrugated box loses its walls the moment a second layer is stacked on top, and one forklift nudge caves the side in. A wooden crate holds shape but sheds splinters and fine sawdust onto the very parts that have to stay contamination-free, and it is too heavy and bulky to fold back for the empty return.
Why a rigid frame, not a wrapper, is what the parts need
The failure mode is structural, not cosmetic. Cardboard fails because it has no load path from the side wall to the pallet. Wood fails because it is a contamination source and a one-way cost. A round steel pipe pallet fence fixes both at once: vertical round steel pipe posts carry side impact and stacking load straight down to the pallet, the welded wire mesh wall contains the parts, and the galvanized steel body neither collapses nor sheds fibres. The fence turns a flat pallet into a rigid three-dimensional unit load that protects the contents instead of just wrapping them.

How the round steel pipe frame is built
Each Mfence unit uses Q235 round steel pipe posts at the corners, a 40×40 rectangular steel tube top frame, and a welded wire mesh panel (4mm wire, 100×100 grid) for the walls. The steel is hot-dip galvanized, so it resists rust in indoor and semi-outdoor return loops and can be washed down between product runs. Effective height is 1000mm, self weight is only 47-48kg so it adds little to the pallet load, and two fences stack for denser line-side buffer storage. When empty it folds to about 140mm thick and rides back on the normal return route.

Clean parts, fewer rejects, lower packaging cost
Because the round steel pipe pallet fence is all-metal and washable, there is no wood dust, no splinter, and no cardboard fibre to contaminate interior trim. Parts arrive unscratched and un-crushed after side impacts that would cave a box. The same fence is reused trip after trip, replacing disposable boxes and one-way crates, which cuts the per-part packaging cost on fixed plant-to-plant and cross-border loops. Line-side feeding stays tidy and the empty return stays cheap.
