H-Type Motorized Glass Vacuum Lifter

GLClamp for lifting, turning and positioning large flat glass panels.

Send Panel Size & Weight
H-Type motorized glass vacuum lifter with multi-cup H-frame

Built Around the Glass Panel You Need to Move

GLClamp combines a wide H-frame, multiple vacuum pads, an overhead suspension point and a motorized handling mechanism. It is intended for glass factories and installation teams moving large flat panels between racks, processing stations and positioning points. The final capacity and pad layout must be selected against the actual panel dimensions, weight, surface condition, lifting interface and site requirements.

CONFIGURATION CHECKLIST

What We Need to Confirm Your GLClamp Configuration

Send the real panel and site data first. We will then confirm the suitable frame, pad arrangement and powered movement configuration.

HANDLING WORKFLOW

From Vacuum Pickup to Controlled Positioning

The exact operating procedure must follow the supplied equipment instructions and the site's lifting plan.

01

Check the Panel and Setup

Confirm the panel weight, surface condition, pad contact area, lifting connection and available clearance before pickup.

02

Establish and Verify Vacuum

Position the H-frame on the panel, establish vacuum and verify the equipment indicators before the load leaves its support.

03

Lift, Turn and Position

Use the crane or hoist together with the motorized mechanism to move the glass into the required orientation, then release only after the panel is fully supported.

REAL HANDLING CONTEXT

Where the H-Type Vacuum Lifter Fits

Use cases shown below are configuration-dependent and must be checked against the actual glass and lifting plan.

H-Type vacuum lifter handling a large glass sheet in a factory

Rack-to-Line Transfer

Move large flat glass from storage positions toward processing or staging areas.

H-Type vacuum lifter transferring a large glass sheet between processing stations

Processing Station Loading

Position panels above transfer tables or other factory handling stations.
